PCB clean up goals for the Housatonic River

HRI favors a plan for the cleanup of the Housatonic River that will meets these goals: No more  toxic waste dumps in the Berkshires Maximum removal of PCBs, including in Connecticut Maximum community involvement throughout the clean-up Openness to explore and utilize alternative technologies Flexibility to modify clean-up plans as needed.
